Aunque D.O.M. de Alex Atalá en Sao Paulo, Brasil, fue el único restaurante latinoamericano elegido entre los 50 mejores del mundo este lunes pasado por S.Pellegrino, Ferrán Adriá, el famoso chef español de El Bulli y ganador por tercer año consecutivo del primer lugar, ha dicho que el futuro de la gastronomía está en América Latina.
